Arthurs Point House

This Arthurs point house was completed in 2014, and was designed in response to a compact site at Arthurs Point.  Built to an ‘Evolution’ standards which included an air tightness system, above code insulation and sustainable materials, this house has a Homestar 6 built rating.  The house won a Master Builders Local Gold Award.
