Jacks Point House 03

This house was completed in late 2017, and was designed in response to a south facing site at Jacks Point.  Built to an ‘Evolution’ standards which included an air tightness system, above code insulation and sustainable materials.  The house steps down the site, and uses rural forms with contemporary detailing for a relaxed holiday home.
